Préchauffez le four à thermostat 6 (180°). Lavez les pommes Tentation®, coupez légèrement la base pour qu’elles soient stables dans le plat. Découpez le chapeau de chaque pomme Tentation®, évidez-les sans percer la chair, retirez le coeur et les pépins et coupez la chair en dés.

Pelez les oignons et hachez-les. Dans une sauteuse, faites chauffer le beurre et faites-y revenir les oignons et les dés de pommes pendant 10mn.

Mettez les pommes Tentation® et les chapeaux dans un plat avec un fond de bouillon et le laurier et enfournez-les pour 30mn.

Pendant ce temps, enlevez la peau du boudin, mélangez-le aux dés de pomme Tentation® rissolés, en l’écrasant à la fourchette, ajoutez les pignons, le coriandre ciselée, les baies roses, salez, poivrez.  Remplissez les pommes avec la farce, placez les chapeaux et remettez le plat 40mn au four.

Servez très chaud.
